Virtual Meetings with GoToMeeting

In an attempt to reach out and provide educational resources to people on the go, we are using GoToMeeting to offer a virtual meeting environment.  It works pretty seamlessly, but there are a few steps to take before you can join the audio and visual portions of the meeting.  Conveniently, you can access the meetings from your phone, tablet or computer; and from a computer, there is no app to download (if you are calling our conference number for the audio portion).  Below are some basic steps and how-to's:

To join the meeting, please take the following steps:

COMPUTER

1. Go to https://www.gotomeet.me/retirementc. On the computer, use any browser. You may need to download software to access the full power of the service.

2. Don’t forget to select an audio option. You can either use the computer audio and microphone, or you can join the audio using your phone, the phone numbers provided, and the conference ID number.

PHONE OR TABLET

1. On a phone or table, launch the GoToMeeting App or download it.

2. Open and enter the meeting code: retirementc.

3. Select the phone icon to access the audio. You will need to allow the app to access your camera and microphone.
